Services Covered

This policy applies to all our services, including 3D Product Animation, 3D Modeling and Rendering, and 2D Animation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project agreement.

• If the project has not started, and you cancel before any work begins.

• In case of technical issues on our end that prevent the project’s completion.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed services where the final deliverables align with the agreed-upon specifications.

• Changes in project scope after the work has begun.

• Dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences after project approval.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at himel@cgimaker.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review your request within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project before it begins, please contact us immediately at himel@cgimaker.com or +44 7401 483273. Cancellation requests after work has commenced may incur fees based on the work completed.
